Today is Monday!!!
I had a very long and delicious weekend.
Thursday night we went downstairs to our tenants apartment, they made calzones, and they were terrific!!!!
Then friday night we went so some ecuadorian friends house and we had a feast... turkey, ceviche, roasted potatoes, ribs, pico de gallo... you name it, it was there, and for dessert a wonderful and creamy cheese cake.
Yesterday we invated these friends home and some more and we made ecuadorian empanadas.... I have no words, they were delicious...
